PPE Suits Distributed by Hopes India

In the event of the pandemic, the availability of PPE has been limited because of the sudden surge in demands – not all healthcare workers or institutions have these provisions in Maharashtra. Bearing the PPE suit shortage in mind, Hopes India distributed PPE suits to private doctors and public organisations on the 28th of March to equip healthcare workers with the means to fight Covid-19 and be protected at the same time.

Hopes India has distributed Haylard (USA) coverall PPE suits to various private sectors and government hospitals. PPE suits were supplied to private doctors operating in densely populated areas like Govandi, Bandra East and Kurla to prevent the rapid spread of the virus.

About the Founder

Founder of Hopes India, Mr Rehan Dhorajiwala said, “Taking containment measures in such densely knit areas is of utmost importance to us. People living in slum areas live in close proximity to one another – where even if one person gets infected, the virus will spread like wildfire.”

Our PPE distribution operation was also covered by Gallinews,
